Choose a service, a stylist and a time, then hold it with a deposit. We confirm your booking and send your receipt to the mobile number you book with.

Pay a 20% deposit now. The balance is paid at the counter after your visit.

Cancel or move your booking once, free, up to 24 hours before. Your deposit is refunded in full if you cancel. Within 24 hours of your time, or if you do not arrive, the deposit is kept. You never pay the rest.

Open your booking from the link we sent you, or from My Bookings, and verify your mobile number to move or cancel it. You can move it once.

What you paid is refunded in full to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days.

At the counter after your service. You can also pay it online from your booking before you come in; once the balance is paid there is nothing more to pay at the salon.

Prices are shown before GST. The total with GST, and the deposit due today, are shown before you pay.
