This page is run by Shizensaron Private Limited, which trades as KANSO, at HSR Layout, 22nd Cross, Bengaluru 560102. It explains what we collect when a stylist applies to us, why we keep it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your full name, WhatsApp number, email address, years of experience, main services, where you currently work, the plan that interests you, and anything you write in the message field. We also record the date of your enquiry.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or health information, and you should not send them.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, to talk through whether KANSO is right for you, and to prepare an agreement if you join. Nothing else. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them outside KANSO except with the service providers that store our data or send our email.
How long we keep it
Two years from your application, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you join KANSO, your details move into your stylist record and are kept for as long as our agreement runs and for the period the law requires afterwards.
Your choices
Write to stylists@kansobeauty.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to complain to the Data Protection Board.
